Polyus says gold output falls by 1% to 594,900 ounces in Jan–Mar
MOSCOW, Apr 23 (PRIME) -- Gold production of Russia’s Polyus slipped by 1% on the year and 26% on the quarter to 594,900 ounces in January–March, the company said in a statement on Thursday.
Sales revenue rose by 16% on the year and fell by 33% on the quarter to U.S. $861 million, with the average price of $1,592 per ounce, up 22% on the year.
